The 433 Repeater Unit (SARU) extends the radio range of 433MHz Response Wireless Alarm systems, by receiving the signal from a distant transmitter (e.g. Detector or Remote Control, etc) and re-transmitting the signal to your Receiver (e.g. Control Unit, Solar Siren, etc). Ideal for covering outbuildings such as sheds, garages, barns, etc. FEATURES: • Small and compact • Power on LED light • Enables 433 systems to work over a greater distance, up to 50 metres • For use with all Response 433MHz Wireless Alarm Systems • Provision for an optional 8.4V NiCad Rechargeable Battery (to cover power failure) • Telescopic Aerial IDEAL FOR: Increasing the operating range between Detectors, Remotes and Control Units, Solar Sirens, etc. (Transmitter to Receiver) WHAT’S IN THE BOX: • 1 x 433MHz Repeater Unit • 1 x PP3 Battery • 1 x A/C Power Adaptor with 220-240V Euro Transformer Converter (Approved to BS5733, BS1363, BS1362) • Installation & Operating Instructions PRODUCT DETAILS: • Dimensions: 90 x 60 x 40mm (excluding Telescopic Aerial) • Weight: 435G • Colour: grey INSTALLATION: is as easy as A, B, C. A) Set the House Code to the same combination as your security system B) Connect the 12 Volt DC Mains Adaptor cable to the Terminal Block C) Fix in weatherproof location mid-way between distant Detector and Receiver and plug into a suitable mains socket Notes: The Euro Transformer Converter is designed to change the shape of the plug, it DOES NOT change the voltage.
