The Yale Help Alert Emergency Communicating Alarm (DAS1100) automatically telephones your key contacts (friends, family, carer) to alert them that you need help. The DAS1100 offers peace of mind and security for the elderly, infirm, people who live alone, or for anyone that may need to get help in either emergency or non emergency situations. To operate the personal alarm system simply press the button on the Remote Control from anywhere in your home or garden* and your pre-recorded message will be sent to your key contacts, in turn until answered (up to 15 call attempts).

The system uses your existing telephone line and allows two-way hands-free communication, enabling your contact to listen in to the situation and react accordingly.

INSTALLATION is quick and easy:
A) Connect the transformer to the main unit and plug into a suitable 13 amp mains socket
B) Insert 4 x AAA batteries if required (power outage back-up) - not included
C) Connect telephone lead to the unit and to the telephone socket in your property
D) Push switch to ‘on’ position
E) Set your personal code - store your emergency contact numbers - record assistance message
