Wireless Video Door Intercom/Outstanding

A truly wonderful intercom. I looked high and low for one of these and it was an excellent purchase. I can see clearly who is at the door and speak with them before I open it. I also use the handset when I am in the back of my garden. I would encourage anyone who has children or the elderly to buy this. Love it to bits and I am going to buy another handset very soon.

Superb customer service and products

Superb service from Response again. I've bought plenty from them over the years and for good reason. I've used the SA1 wireless alarms for years without any issues. It's been a reliable system. The products are excellent and customer service has always been outstanding.

These alarm systems are fantastic, fitted one in a couple of hours, beware you do need to follow instructions carefully, however the telephone advice line is fantastic, no matter how small the problem, highly recommend.

Why can't all companies be this good?

Since 2006 I have bought 4 wired systems from Response (one for myself and 3 I've fitted for friends). Although each system has worked brilliantly, I have at times had to ask for technical support. The Response Team are truly first class; helpful and very knowledgeable. As others have said: why can't all companies be this good?
