Q: I had an online account on the Y-cam.com website, will this be the same account on Response @ ERA?
A: No, as the websites are different you will need to set up a new account on Response to purchase. It only takes a few minutes to do but if you need any let, please let us know?
Q: Can I see my previous order history with Y-cam on Response @ ERA?
A: No, unfortunately not but if you give our customer support team a call they can help: 0345 257 2500.
Q: If I need to get in touch with Y-cam, how do I do this?
A: You can call or email our customer support team Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm) and they will be happy to answer any queries regarding Y-cam products or previous Y-cam orders.
Q: Can I still order Y-cam products from Response @ ERA?
A: Yes, we still stock the Protect alarm, accessories and cameras. Please follow the product quick links to access the products you need.
Q: Can I purchase subscriptions from the Response @ ERA website?
A: At the moment subscriptions will need to be purchased directly from the App. This is really easy to do. We will be adding the option to purchase an annual subscription from this website as soon as possible.
